We help our students thrive. Unlike almost all other training organisations, KS Training doesn’t believe your education finishes when you have received your qualification. We encourage our students to develop and commit to a lifelong learning plan, that adds value not just to themselves, but also to the people they come into contact with. To encourage this we offer ongoing training and support after students have completed their training to help them succeed and achieve their goals.
2We care, we listen, we serve,
We care about our students, we want to help them succeed in their life and their chosen career. We ask for student for feedback so we can continually improve on our training to them. We serve our students by offering ongoing support after the “official” training has finished.
3If we say it, we do it.
We talk the talk and walk the walk. We set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals tied to improving our students training experience and success rate.
4We practice open and real communication
KS Training believes making excuses is self-serving, taking action is customer service. Our communication allows for disagreement, honest feedback and a transparency in outcomes.
5Leave your ego at the door.
We share the glory and shoulder the blame. We give people credit when it is due to them we all shoulder the blame and work together to solve problems whether they are related to us or not.
6We do the right thing
We realise that our training is not for everyone and everyone is not for us. If this is the case we tell you and will assist you in finding another Training Organisation.
7 We want to continuously improve.
Our goal is to constantly improve our student and client experience we encourage, welcome and act on feedback both good and bad.
